This license covers the Ladom UI Pro components (the molecules): the files the `ladom-ui` CLI copies from the
registry at https://ui.ladom.co/r with a license key, marked "Ladom UI Pro" in their first lines
("the Pro Components").

## 1. Grant

Ladom grants the holder of a valid Ladom UI Pro license key ("the Licensee") a non-exclusive,
non-transferable, worldwide license to:

- install the Pro Components into the Licensee's projects with the `ladom-ui` CLI;
- use and modify them to build end products — applications, websites and internal tools — for
  the Licensee or for the Licensee's clients, in any number of projects;
- distribute those end products, in compiled or bundled form, to their users.

## 2. Restrictions

The Licensee may not:

- redistribute, sell, sublicense or publish the source of the Pro Components, modified or not,
  on their own or as part of a component library, UI kit, template, theme, starter or code
  generator, or in any other product whose purpose is to let others build with them;
- publish the source of the Pro Components in a public repository;
- share the license key outside the team it was issued to, or use the registry with a key that
  was not issued to them;
- remove or change the license lines at the top of the Pro Component files.

## 3. Keys

A key identifies the Licensee to the registry. Ladom may revoke a key that is shared or used
against this license. Components installed before a key ends may still be used under this license
in the projects they were installed in.

## 4. Ownership

Ladom keeps all rights, title and interest in the Pro Components. Nothing in this license grants
rights to the Ladom name, logos or other marks.

## 5. Termination

This license ends automatically if the Licensee breaks it. On termination the Licensee stops
installing and distributing the Pro Components and removes them from projects that are not yet
released.

## 6. No warranty

THE PRO COMPONENTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL LADOM BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY,
WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH
THE PRO COMPONENTS OR THEIR USE.
